Owner Takehiro Tsujita began his dream at the age of 18 to be the best in the industry, which he has done for the last 15 years.

The design, fused with ideas from Mr. Takeshi Sano who works exclusively in Roppongi Hills, creates a unique place in Los Angeles, Sawtelle Blvd.

Begin by dipping the noodles into the accompanied soup broth until you have enjoyed around 1/3 of the noodles.

Then mix into the noodles the black shichimi (black seven flavor chili pepper) and enjoy another 1/3 of the noodles with the soup.

Finally squeeze lime juice into the noodles and mix well, enjoying the last of the noodles and soup.

Tsujita Tsukemen is the winner of many closely contested contests within Tokyo, which rich, delicate and ?? flavor above all.

For 12 hours, the rich flavors of bonito and dried sardines are simmered together with pork bone, chicken bone and many vegetable creating a succulent fragrance of the sea that is powerful and beyond compare!

The smooth and sticky noodles used by Tsujita maintain an exquisite balance with the rich broth soups.
